● Buying ad hoc office supplies for the post production team. ● Buying coffee for the Senior Editors each morning. ● Helping with Senior Editors Lunches. ● Keeping receipts for the post production Department. ● Looking after the Director with lunch and coffee needs on a daily basis. ● Helping with transporting the office from Red Lion street to the new location in Marshall Street.

The Marvels – Marvel Studios January – Feb 2023 Post Production Assistant ● Organized editorial paperwork (Main and Second Unit Lined Script & Continuity Logs, Call Sheets, Progress Reports) ● Rushes Runner. lunch runs for editorial and bought weekly craft supplies ● Ran errands between the office and set for the 1st Assistant Editor. ● Launched Avid and the project every morning for the Editor. ● Rushes runner for Main and Second Units.

● Responsible for creating the Editors Folder each day for Main Unit and Second Unit Lined Script, Facing Pages and progress reports.

● Daily Code Book-Metadata input; Bringing in Scene Descriptions from Facing pages to appropriate Rushes bin.

● Exporting Codebook bin, creating JPEGs of each take and iInputting finished Scene Descriptions into Filemaker pro advanced.

● Conforming 4K Stock Footage into Pro Ress Files via Adobe Media Encoder.

● Copying Scene bins from Admin Assistant project into Editors project.

● Daily Line Pulls from Scene bins for Editor.

I am so grateful to have been asked to be on these productions, but in order for me to get to Second Assistant level i have to pay for the Avid 110 course. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.
